Athletic Performance
Customized, one-on-one and small group training designed to improve an athlete's preparedness and ability to perform a given sport. Iron Eagle Strength and Conditioning's Athletic Performance training focuses on improving athletes' absolute strength, rate of force development and metabolic conditioning in a manner that transferable to their given sports. While all athletes are encouraged to contact us about our Athletic Performance program, we place special emphasis on preparing athletes for safe, successful participation in Football, Soccer and Lacrosse.
Functional Fitness
Personalized, one-on-one and small group training sessions that guide individuals of all ages and level of fitness through series of exercises meant to prepare them to perform the activities of daily life more easily and with reduced chances of injury. While improved strength, mobility, stability and stamina is emphasized over toning, fat loss, and dieting, participants commonly achieve a healthier body composition and more "fit" look because of the growth and increased metabolic demand of the muscles worked during Iron Eagle Strength & Conditioning's Functional Fitness training.
Young Athletes
The Young Athletes program is a small class (no more than to 4 athletes per coach) for 4th-8th graders that meets on Wednesday afternoons and Saturday mornings. This class focuses on developing the foundational skills and strengths (like breathing, bracing, jumping, landing) needed in order to safely begin training with external resistance (barbells, dumbbells, etc.), and more advanced speed & agility training associated with sports conditioning and performance.
Powerlifting Club
When you're ready to step onto the platform and lift the big weights, check into joining the early morning powerlifting crew. While you'll need an invite to join this group of competitive powerlifters and train with them on an ongoing basis, you're welcome to join them for a few training sessions to try them out.
